During B.E. 2566–2570 (2023–2027), Northern College requires rapid development under the vision “Enhancing Morality, Educational Leadership, Developing Towards International Standards.” This aligns with the Institutional Development Plan, synthesizing input from internal executives and external experts, focusing on sustainable development, and aligning with the 20-Year National Strategy, National Education Plan, 13th NESDP, and National Research & Innovation Strategy.
